M 1916 German Helmet Replacement Rivets



These are newly made replacement rivets
for the M1916 German helmet and liner.
Set of three (3), One large rear rivet, and two thinner side rivets, painted the proper shade of field gray/green. These rivets are the correct length, width, head diameter and thickness and have the clipped corners, just like the orginals. We do our best to be period correct and as usual questions or comments are welcome.

It comes with all rivets, pads and strings to install in your helmet.

All liners are sewn on era machines and as period correct as we can make them.

Complete German M17 Steel Band Liner

Reproduction M1917 German steel band helmet liner.
Available in sizes 60, 62, 64, 66 and 68
with your choice of either horsehair or gauze stuffing in the pillows.

These liners are built just like the originals and come with pads,
pillows, rivets, steel band and the proper tie string to install
it in your helmet shell. The pads are a light buff colored leather
and not as heavy as the pads in the m16 leather band liner.
They are crimped into the steel liner band in the same fashion
as their 90 year old counterparts. Painted the correct shade of gray/green.
As with all our liners, these were sewn on machines of the era,
in some cases a 1913 German Dorkopp machine.
Be sure to state helmet size when ordering liners.

Reproduction M1918 steel band German helmet liner.
Available in sizes 60, 62, 64, 66 and 68 with your choice
of either horsehair or gauze stuffing in the pillows.
These liners are built just like the originals
and come with pads, pillows, rivets, steel band, and the proper tie string
to install into your helmet shell. They are crimped into
the steel liner band in the same fashion as their 90 year old
counterparts. The m18 liner has the D-rings attached as an
integral part of the liner band and requires a special
chinstrap not currently available here.
Painted the correct shade of field gray/green.
As with all our liners, these were sewn on machines of the era,
in some cases a 1913 German Dorkopp machine.
Be sure to state your helmet size when ordering liners.

M1916 German Helmet Liner Pads

Duplicates of original pads and are die cut
and come complete with horsehair or gauze
stuffed pillows and the proper braided string
to lace them up at the top.

German Pickelhaube
M1916 and M1917 Chin Strap

This is a newly made chinstrap with steel hardware for the Pickelhaube,
M1916 and M1916 German Stahlhelms. The leather is medium
brown and of the correct weight and texture.
Buckles and lug rings are precision manufactured to original standards.
Straps are hand sewn to the hardware just like the originals.
